Connect For Less — Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Program Overview
Connect For Less ("CFL") operates an affiliate referral program that allows approved partners ("Affiliate") to earn commissions by referring customers to CFL's internet and cell phone service promotions. CFL is a promotional company — it is not a telecommunications carrier or internet service provider. All services are delivered by third-party providers (currently TekSavvy and EBOX for internet, and PhoneBox for cell phone service).
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must be a Canadian resident, 18 years of age or older, and provide accurate personal and payment information. CFL reserves the right to decline or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Commissions are earned on completed, activated orders placed through your unique referral link. Current rates:
• TekSavvy internet plans: $20.00 per activated order — $10.00 paid by the 15th of the 2nd full calendar month after signup, and $10.00 paid by the 15th of the 3rd full calendar month after signup.
• EBOX internet plans: $30.00 per activated order — paid in full by the 7th of the 3rd full calendar month after signup.
• PhoneBox cell phone plans: $30.00 per activated order, regardless of which plan the customer chooses. The commission is earned once the order clears the 15-day customer refund window, and is paid on the next bulk payout date (the 1st or 16th of the following month).
Commissions are only earned on orders that remain active and are not cancelled or charged back. In the event of a cancellation, refund, or chargeback on a previously paid commission, the amount will be deducted from your next scheduled payout. If no future payout is pending, CFL will issue an invoice for the recovered amount.
4. Payment
All commissions are paid via Interac e-Transfer or direct deposit, using the payment details provided at registration. It is the Affiliate's sole responsibility to ensure those payment details are accurate and current. CFL is not liable for payments sent using incorrect details provided by the Affiliate. Minimum payout threshold: $0 (all earned commissions are paid on schedule regardless of amount).
5. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not: place orders using their own referral link (unless expressly permitted for the cell phone program); use paid advertising that mentions "Connect For Less" or our provider names without prior written consent; make false or misleading claims about our services, pricing, or providers; use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive practices to generate referrals; or impersonate CFL staff or representatives. Violation of any of these conditions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
6. Program Modifications
CFL reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment schedules, or program terms at any time with a minimum of 30 days written notice to active affiliates. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, commissions already earned on activated orders will be paid on their normal schedule. Commissions on orders placed after the termination date will not be paid.
8. Independent Contractor
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Connect For Less. Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or obligations arising from commission income.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
